Jishín Karate Club hosted an Inter Club Competition, on behalf of the Welsh Karate Kai,

aimed at helping to introduce the Novice or inexperienced Karateka to the Tatami

and to give the Junior Brown & Black Belts a taste of Refereeing & Judging.

Fantastic performances from everyone!

Despite the Holiday period, there was a really good entry of 85 competitors.

Those of you who couldn't make it,
